USEF Competition Requirements
Compliance guidelines and eligibility rules for the Morgan Gold Cup Regional Horse Show. Please review the regulations carefully before submitting your entry.
Important Limit: One Show Pass Per Year
Only one Show Pass is permitted per competition year (December 1 through November 30). If you have already utilized a Show Pass for another competition this year, you must obtain a full USEF Competing Membership to participate.
This rule is strictly enforced by the Federation.
Exempt Classes
The following classes are exempt from Federation membership requirements.
Participants in these specific classes are not required to pay a Show Pass fee:
Leadline Classes
Walk-Trot Classes
Academy Classes
Exhibitions / Opportunity
Show Pass Eligibility
A Show Pass is a non-member participation fee. It allows non-members to compete in non-exempt classes at a single competition.

Digital Requirement
Show Passes must be purchased online directly from the USEF. Paper forms are no longer accepted in the show office.
